I had significant issues with the cleanliness of my room. Initially, I found the bathroom and kitchen areas to be quite unkempt. Several times I noticed the staff seemed uninterested in helping with these concerns.

Cleanliness is severely lacking!!! Satellite air conditioning doesn't function properly during summer!!! The pool access hours are absurdly limited!!! There's no towel provision for pool use, which is absolutely ridiculous!!! Cleaner standards could use a serious upgrade!!!

The room was spacious and modern, really comfortable for our three-night stay. Air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus in Hammamet's heat.
